This Wednesday, Dynamite Entertainment's long-running Red Sonja series hits its milestone 60th issue. I wrote the thing months ago -- not long after I wrote issue 55 -- because of a scheduling quirk, so I can't tell you how pleased I am that it's finally coming out.
It's an oversized issue, with a bunch of reprint material, too.

Covers by: Walter Geovani, Fabiano Neves
With chaos in her wake, following the rise of Strabonus of Koth, the She-Devil With A Sword has little choice but to make her way south...into the mysterious sands of Stygia.
The Pharoah has called for a month of revelry, and caravans from the West -- hungry for Stygian gold -- make their way into that land of intrigue and deadly magic.
Where there's gold, there are those who would steal, and where there is theft, there's always a place for a mercenary. But Sonja faces more than thieves, and a showdown with an ancient tribe of desert sorcerers will put all her skills to the test...
